Ancré Lab issues traceable and consultable warranty certification in different formats:

6. Video documentation of the work

At Ancré Lab, every maintenance, servicing and watch repair intervention is documented through internal video recordings. This process allows every stage of the work to be monitored precisely, guaranteeing transparency and quality control for each intervention performed.

On request, a copy of the video relating to the work on your watch can be obtained. This optional service allows the customer to view in detail the operations performed by the specialized technician, offering concrete proof of the intervention carried out.
